NEW: An investigation is underway at a home in a Maryvale neighborhood after a man and a woman were found dead early Thursday morning.
According to neighbors, the victims are a married couple who lived in the home with their three kids. They say it was the couple's older son who discovered his parents' bodies in the carport.
The mysterious deaths come as a shock, as neighbors say they see a lot of crime and shootings in the area, but the couple did not appear to be involved in any criminal activity. "They were just, like, a really good couple, a really good family, that we know them for a couple of years," said one neighbor. "I was just, you know, in shock, I couldn't believe what happened to them."
