Police are investigating a fatal hit-and-run crash in Salt Lake City that they believe may have been intentional.
SALT LAKE CITY —
Detectives believe the car was westbound on 1000 North when it turned around, crossed traffic and hit a 61-year-old man on a scooter who was also westbound, according to police.
