A man was killed in a hit-and-run collision while he was walking on State Route 164 on Saturday.
The Washington State Patrol said the man was walking westbound on SR 164 on the roadway. A black SUV was traveling eastbound and struck him. The 22-year-old man died on the north side of SR 164 in an open field.
