About 9:30 p.m., officers were dispatched to a complex in the 4300 block of Horizon North Parkway, near the Bush Turnpike, where they found a man shot in the parking lot.Dallas Fire-Rescue took the man to a hospital, where he died, according to police. The man’s identity was not released.The investigation is ongoing, and police said the case will be referred to a grand jury.Email Address
