A man died early Tuesday in southeast Houston after someone in a dark SUV drove alongside him and fired at him, officials said.
Just before 2 a.m., officers received a call about a shooting in the 4600 block of Maggie Street and arrived to find a man shot in the head, Lt. J.P. Horelica, of the Houston Police Department, told On Scene reporters. The man was pronounced dead.
