BREAKING: A 19-year-old man is in critical condition after he was shot multiple times in the parking lot of an East Side apartment complex, according to San Antonio police.
Police were initially called to the scene for a shooting with a hit. When they arrived, they found the man had been shot multiple times in the parking lot, behind the apartment complex. The suspect fled the scene.
According to SAPD, they believe the shooting may have stemmed from an argument between the injured man and the suspect. The injured man was taken by EMS to the Brooke Army Medical Center in critical condition. No other injuries were reported. The motive for the shooting is unknown and police are still searching for the suspect. The investigation continued on Thursday.
