Man charged with two counts of attempted murder in Regina

A woman allegedly received stab wounds and was then run over twice while lying in the street in an incident in Regina on Saturday.

Police ordered the man to stop and leave the vehicle but he refused and began to drive fast towards officers and the woman again.
