About 7:20 p.m., officers responded to the 3900 block of North Hampton Road, near Canada Drive, and found a man with multiple gunshot wounds, according to police.According to an arrest-warrant affidavit, detectives determined the shooter was Ronnie Cooper, 21, after reviewing surveillance footage of the shooting and interviewing a witness. The footage showed Cooper getting out of a white car and shooting Williams several times before leaving the scene, the affidavit says.
