The California man arrested over a threat to kill Justice Brett Kavanaugh faces a new charge of attempting to assassinate a federal judge
WASHINGTON—The California man arrested outside of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s home last week has been formally indicted by a grand jury and faces a new charge that carries a longer potential prison sentence.
A grand jury in Maryland formally accused Nicholas Roske, of Simi Valley, of attempting to assassinate a federal judge.
