Bexar County District Attorney Joe Gonzales expressed frustration Tuesday during a news conference on Zoom about the bail set for Kuwamura, pointing out that his office requested bonds of $200,000 on two felony offenses of terroristic threats and one misdemeanor offense of terroristic threat. “It is unethical for me to go into a lot of specifics , but I can tell you that the facts that are contained in the affidavit are alarming to me,” Gonzales said. “Because of that, we moved as quickly as possible to seek detention, to seek and obtain the ability to monitor his activity, and that is where we are now.”
