Authorities are looking for the person responsible for shooting and killing a 28-year-old man in New Brunswick Sunday night, officials said. Markel Williams was shot multiple times shortly before 11 p.m. in the area of Throop Avenue and Delavan Street, theWilliams, of New Brunswick, died of his injuries at an area hospital. He appeared to be targeted by the shooter, authorities said.
