'I remember in ICU when they said she may never sit up again. Look at her go!' a family friend said.

One of the users who commented, Tiffany Smith—a family friend and an admin of the group—said:"I remember in ICU when they said she may never sit up again. Look at her go! The best is yet to come!"had been unstable in recent days. Spinal cord injuries often affect involuntary processes like blood pressure regulation.

As a result, the teenager has to wear compression socks and an abdominal binder to help keep her blood pressure up. In a video previously posted to Noble's YouTube channel, the teen responded to a question that she had been asked by many of her followers—whether or not she will ever be able to walk again. At present, the answer is still unclear, Noble said in the video.

"As much as I hate saying this, no one knows the answers. If I'm supposed to walk again, I'm going to walk again. If not, cool, I'll stay in a wheelchair and I'll be just the same person." High school cheerleader Makayla Noble from Prosper, Texas, was left paralyzed following a freak tumbling accident.
