Grand Prairie’s Asia Times Square will host several events, with food, fireworks and lion dances throughout the next three weekends.Here’s a rundown of what to expect in Grand Prairie: What: Lunar New Year celebrations will have traditional lion dances every two hours, performances by K-pop artists and food and other vendors.
When: Celebrations will begin this Friday evening through Sunday; Jan. 28-30; and Feb. 5-6. Times are:6:30 to 10:30 p.m. Jan. 28The schedule is not yet set for the last weekend. Check Asia Time Square’sCost: The events and parking are free. Cash is recommended for vendors, and an ATM is located in Hong Kong Market Place.
