The One Piece: Stampede movie spoiled Wano's end.
Warning: Spoilers For One Piece Anime, Manga, And The Film One Piece: StampedeGear 5 Luffy has showcased some visually stunning and powerful attacks against Kaido in the epic One Piece anime battle, but his biggest move is ripped right out of one of the franchise's best movies. While Luffy and Kaido's fight has been going on for a long time, fans finally have a release date for Wano's climax.
SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY SCROLL TO CONTINUE WITH CONTENT In 2019, One Piece: Stampede, the franchise's 14th feature film, was released in theaters and delivered one of the most action-packed hour and forty-one minutes a pirate-epic-loving anime fan could want. While the film's events are not canon, it provided a monstrously powerful foe with Douglas Bullet, a former member of the Roger Pirates who fought Luffy and most of the Worst Generation Pirates single-handedly.
The final struggle between Gear 5 Luffy and Kaido has begun in One Piece episode #1074. With the attack bearing down on Kaido being a combination of Armament and Conqueror's Haki plus Luffy's Gear 5 powers, it's likely more substantial than the massive attack used near the end of One Piece: Stampede. Kaido meets the new attack dubbed the "Gum-Gum Bajrang Gun" head-on with his own powerful technique in the climatic battle in Onigashima's skies.
Gum-Gum Bajrang Gun Carries More Weight Than Triple King Kong Gun Luffy pummeling foes with inflated fists is nothing new for the One Piece franchise, but only recently has the young Pirate Emperor reached the level of strength that's enabled him to create attacks so large.
