There are several people here in town who legally own class 3 firearms. They are federally registered to the owner and are very controlled. As far as I know, only one legally owned class 3 weapon has ever been used…

It amazes me how some people talk about some subjects when they don't know much about them. In today's paper, someone said that it was illegal to own a fully automatic firearm, like the Thompson submachinegun. Well, I hate to burst your bubble, but yes you can. In the past I've talked about gun ownership and I knew everything I was talking about because it was my job to this stuff.

People are also reading… If approved, you'll be notified and you can take possession of your new toy. By the way, those things are very expensive to feed which is why I don't have one. Once you take possession, you must be able to secure it in accordance with BATFE requirements. By the way, BATFE can inspect it any time they want..

The largest I've seen was a .50 BMG. For those of you who don't what BMG is, it's Browning Machine Gun. The smallest one I've seen and was allowed to fire was the American 180. A fun little gun chambered in .22 lr. That thing will go through 3 boxes of ammo in seconds. It's very easy for people to learn about this subject. All you have to do is ask Seri, Lexa, or google and the truth will be shown to you.Tags Respond: Write a letter to the editor | Write a guest opinion
