Lightyear movie producers say they can't reveal too much about Emperor Zurg because many of the details are spoilers.
Galyn Susman, the producer of the upcoming Pixar film Lightyear, has stated that details about the evil Emperor Zurg are spoilers for the movie, and therefore she cannot reveal much before its release. The film will act as a spinoff of the Toy Story franchise, presenting Buzz Lightyear's origin story. Voiced by Chris Evans, the Space Ranger embarks on a sci-fi adventure throughout the cosmos.
We see that Zurg is clearly angry about something, but we don’t know what his purpose is yet. What can you say about that character?SUSMAN: Not just yet. You don’t want us to spoil it for you. He’s angry about something, sure. He has a purpose. He has a mission.
