That is how I became multilingual . The Canadian Constitution sets up a framework for the current laws of Canada pertaining to official languages, and cannot easily be changed.Article content It is curious that Ms. Prokopchuk would be raising the issue at this point in our nation’s history. It only fuels the many tensions currently plaguing this country today.
