Mallory Angel Armijo, 35, was shot and killed by a teller at a 7-Eleven near the Las Vegas strip around 12:16 a.m. Friday,Armijo’s sister, Rachel Wright, said in an interview published Tuesday that she died after a confrontation over a stolen salad. “She’s a mother of four. She’s a good woman. It’s terrible. It was such a senseless crime. I’m still in shock.”Wright alleged that the teller, who has not been named publicly, had a criminal background.
