Knicks Not Currently Interested In Blake Griffin, LaMarcus Aldridge, Carmelo Anthony - RealGM Wiretap
The New York Knicks have a pair of open roster spots, but are not interested in high profile veteran free agents Blake Griffin, LaMarcus Aldridge or Carmelo Anthony. The Knicks had kept the roster spots open as they discussed a trade for Donovan Mitchell, though a major deal involving Julius Randle or Evan Fournier remains possible.
Anthony has been amenable to a return to the Knicks this offseason and the front office had internal discussions previously on signing him. Other veteran big men who remain available include Tristan Thompson, Dwight Howard, Cody Zeller and Hassan Whiteside.
