UPDATE: Phoenix police say a man stole one of their patrol vehicles while investigating a shooting scene where a juvenile was hurt overnight. abc15
Authorities said the boy had non-life threatening injuries Friday night. They have not provided an update on his condition Saturday.
Several juveniles were reportedly detained fleeing the area and multiple handguns were recovered after the shooting.While police were investigating the shooting scene, they say a man broke the window out of their patrol car and drove off in the police vehicle.None of the people detained have been identified.
