If Jim Carrey had been part of the original plan for Jurassic Park, it would have totally changed the movie. The 1993 blockbuster was directed by Steven Spielberg and starred Sam Neill as Alan Grant, Laura Dern as Ellie Sattler, and Jeff Goldblum as Ian Malcolm, three experts chosen by billionaire John Hammond to make sure his dinosaur-themed island is ready to open to the public.
