Now, I’ve heard they are planning to restructure all the jobs and have us reapply for our positions, with the remote jobs paying 20% less than the in-person ones.
People are also reading… DALE: I know it doesn’t seem right that those working from home should be paid less. After all, the company is already saving on workspace, equipment, utilities and in-office perks. However, it’s simply a matter of supply and demand, and the marketplace is fair in that it’s equally indifferent to the opinions of all those involved.
