The Ridge Point baseball team took its first loss in two months Thursday against Cinco Ranch. But the defending Region III-6A champions responded appropriately, led by a complete game from lefthander Jack McKernan.
McKernan struck out eight, yielding only three hits with two walks and a hit batter in seven innings. "It means the world," McKernan said."I've got my staff coming back tomorrow and they're all locked in and ready to go."
