FRESNO, Calif. -- A federal prison in Dublin known as the 'Rape Club' for its culture of sexual assault and cover-ups is under heavy scrutiny and a Central California woman says she can expose some of its secrets.Chaney sometimes uses biblical terms to describe the federal prison in Dublin.
"They'd be cooped up in the office with a girl or they'd be inside the refrigerator part and they wanted me to let them know when the other police come," Chaney said. "Like he'll bump his penis up against me and I'll be like 'What is you doing?' and he'll be like 'Oh, my bad,'" she said."But he did it like three or four times so it's not your bad. You're doing it on purpose.""The rape culture was just rampant in this prison," said plaintiff's attorney Butch Wagner.
