A Maryland man killed a coworker and injured another person in a Sunday shooting outside a York County home, court documents said.
Zachary T. Piccolo, 26, of Nottingham, Maryland, drove about 45 minutes to Shrewsbury Township to confront a co-worker at her home in York County. It’s unclear exactly why he wanted to confront her, but text messages included in court documents show Piccolo asked her to send him $40. In all, police say Piccolo sent 11 text messages on Sunday, starting at 4:43 p.m. Other text messages indicated possible jealousy and threats:
