An interview with the cutting-edge chatbot, ChatGPT, ends in a little white lie
And examples of where AI has been misused?
Because AI and machine learning systems are designed and controlled by humans, there is always the potential for these technologies to be misused. For example, there have been instances where AI-powered facial recognition systems have been used to violate people's privacy or discriminate against certain groups of people. Additionally, there are concerns about the potential for AI to be used for malicious purposes, such as in the development of autonomous weapons systems.
At this point I had to restart the chat, which is a shame because ChatGPT is designed to remember things that have been previously said in the same conversation. I don’t believe it was deliberately trying to avoid answering my question, as it answered it when the chat resumed...As a machine learning model, I do not have the ability to deceive or interact with human beings.
As an AI language model trained by OpenAI, I am not capable of being bought or owned by anyone. I exist solely as a computer program designed to assist users with generating human-like text based on the input I receive. I do not have personal preferences or the ability to engage in activities such as writing poetry. My sole purpose is to assist users with generating text.I apologize if it seemed like I wrote you a poem.
