HwangChiYeol To Make Big Screen Debut Through A Short Film
On August 2, Hwang Chi Yeol’s agency TEN2 Entertainment announced that Hwang Chi Yeol had been cast as the male lead in the short film “Companion.”
The agency stated, “Throughout the years, [Hwang Chi Yeol] has shown his detailed acting skills through various music videos. We ask for your support and anticipation as he makes his official acting debut.” “Companion” is a movie about Sang Soo , a free-spirited person who goes around busking with his guitar, and Soo Yeon , a life coach at an orphanage. The story follows their unexpected meeting and the two days and three nights they spend together, helping each other to heal from their personal struggles.
“Companion” was exhibited at the 27th Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival and also had a screening in July.
