Teagle, who joined the district this year and is also the athletic director, has resigned amid a police investigation, district officials said.

The district emailed parents Tuesday morning, saying that Teagle had resigned"due to personal reasons," said Lakeesha Adams, mother of a Paetow student. They were not told that Teagle was being investigated, Adams said, adding that she first learned about the accusations against Teagle in media reports.
