A Houston man was sentenced Tuesday to nearly 16 years in federal prison for sex trafficking minors for the past seven years.
Jones admitted to trafficking one girl in and around Angleton in July 2015, but he also confessed to doing the same thing to another minor. On one occasion, he took the girls, then ages 16 and 17, to a local motel. He photographed them in thong underwear and posted the images online in ads promoting them for paid sex.
The 17-year-old girl was allegedly Jones’ girlfriend. However, he also made her engage in paid sex and was seen being violent toward her as well.
