A Houston man on Tuesday was accused of fatally beating his 9-month old son, according to Harris County Court records.
KHOU reported that Fisher took his unresponsive son to the hospital on March 17. The boy died three days later. Fisher has previous convictions outside of Harris County for manufacturing or distribution of marijuana, illegal carrying of a weapon, aggravated assault with a firearm, possession of methamphetamine and aggravated kidnapping, according to court documents
