Dash look to build on momentum against San Diego

Up to this point, thethat includes seven games across all competitions in just over a month.

“Really, really, really good week of training. I’ve been talking about this for a long time now, about our need to train to solve some of our problems and to get rhythm back, to get flow,” Laity said. “It’s perfect coming off of a brilliant win against Portland. We’ve got players that are fit. We’ve had chances to train. It has been very competitive, and that’s exactly where you want to be as a coach.

“This is why training is so important,” Laity said. “Not only training the team, but we’ve got players that are fighting for positions and they’re competing against each other, it just elevates the intensity, elevates the focus. The Dash , winners of two of their last three games in all competitions, will attempt to tie San Diego for fourth in the league standings with 12 points.
