“Let’s be clear: The Department of Justice’s charges against President Biden’s son Hunter reveals a two-tiered system of justice,” Comer wrote in a statement. President Biden’s younger son is set to plead guilty to two misdemeanor charges of failing to pay federal income taxes, Weiss’ letter stated. He is also expected to enroll in a pretrial diversion agreement on a felony charge of illegally possessing a firearm as a drug user after he reportedly lied about his substance abuse in Oct. 2018.
