The new owner of the 'Brady Bunch' home says the HGTV network paid too much money when it purchased the property because it didn't have modern appliances.

Even at the bargain price, Trahan admitted the purchase was “the worst investment ever” and said she plans to use the property for fundraising and charitable events. HGTV spent around $2 million restoring the property's interior to resemble that of the home in the sitcom.. “It’s almost like a life-size dollhouse."
