During that time, non-approved vendors will be prohibited from making sales in the downtown area. City Council approved Thursday a"clean zone" designation — a standard practice for large events — for the area spanning from N. Frio Street to S. Hackberry Street and from N. St. Mary's Street to Florida Street.
