Here comes the rain again — more showers as Bay Area storm moves south

The storm, which has been brewing off of the Northern California coast, made its first move into Southern California late Tuesday.

Spring may have sprung, but Southern California still won’t get a full departure this week from the wintry, wet weather 2023 has brought so far.
