Sean Biggerstaff, best known for his portrayal of Oliver Wood in the 'Harry Potter' series, will introduce a screening of 'Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone' in Katy.

In the book and film series, Biggerstaff's character is the captain of the Gryffindor quidditch team who teaches Potter to play the wizarding world’s biggest sport. Biggerstaff appears in three of the series' eight films.During his appearance in Katy, Biggerstaff will discuss the production of the films and what it was like starring in one of the biggest film franchises of all time, said Robert Saucedo, programming director for Alamo Drafthouse.
