Ellison led the prosecution of Derek Chauvin, the disgraced police officer who murdered George Floyd. | Hennepin County Sheriff via API have been dealing with police accountability issues even before I was attorney general or serving in Congress. I helped to organize and led a task force to reduce deadly force encounters, even before George Floyd was killed. I thought it could be the kind of book to help police departments reduce these incidents and do something before a tragedy happens.
