Hayao Miyazaki’s “The Boy and the Heron” will open Animation is Film’s (AIF) theatrical festival on Oct. 18 at the TCL Chinese Theatre.
Art College 1994 is a portrait of youth set on the campus of the Chinese Southern Academy of Arts in the early 1990s. “The Spider Within” is the inaugural short of Sony Pictures Animation and Sony Pictures Imageworks’s new LENS program.
