Shares of Hawaiian Electric, Marvell, Domo, Affirm Holdings and other stocks were among the biggest moving names ahead of Friday's market open.
Shares of Affirm Holdings Inc. AFRM, -4.82% rallied nearly 10% after the buy-now-pay-later operator topped expectations with its latest quarterly results.Shares of Domo Inc. DOMO, dropped more than 25% after the cloud-data software company’s outlook soured its better-than-expected results.
Hawaiian Electric Industries Inc. HE, -2.06% shares slid 21% after the utility halted its dividend to shore up its cash position and was sued by Maui County for allegedly contributing to the devastating wildfires in the island. Marvell Technology Inc. shares MRVL, -6.85% declined 4% after the chip maker’s reported earnings that beat the Wall Street consensus, but offered an in-line outlook.
Shares of Intuit Inc. INTU, -0.47% dipped 1% after the tax-preparation software pioneer reported results that surpassed revenue and earnings estimates but offered tepid revenue guidance. Shares of Nordstrom Inc. JWN, -4.38% turned lower after the upscale department-store chain warned that sales had “decelerated” at its namesake and off-price Nordstrom Rack stores.
