An attempt to get Harrison Ford to respond to the rumors regarding him becoming Red Hulk in the MCU prompts the actor to give a funny response.
Following massive speculations online that Thunderbolt Ross is becoming Red Hulk in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Harrison Ford gives the answer many would expect. One of the most highly anticipated films coming in Phase 5 is Captain America: Brave New World, which will continue Sam Wilson's new chapter as the titular hero.

ComicBook recently chatted with Ford and posed the theory about whether or not Ross will become Red Hulk in Captain America: Brave New World.
Will Harrison Ford's Thaddeus Ross Actually Become Red Hulk in the MCU? Despite Ford's hilarious comment, it still begs the question of whether the MCU is exploring the Red Hulk aspect of Ross' character after all these years. Given that they tapped someone as big as Ford to take over the role, it would be shocking if they didn't take the opportunity to evolve him into Red Hulk.
Captain America: Brave New World has already confirmed that the story will see Ross now being the President of the United States, which is already another indication that the MCU is increasing his role within the franchise. The set photos where Ford was spotted with torn pants were obviously shared by Marvel Studios on purpose because it gets people speculation while also announcing the title change of the Captain America sequel.
The idea of Ford as Red Hulk would be fascinating, but also for the character of Ross, given how long he has been around in the MCU at this point. Given that Captain America: Brave New World is almost done filming, perhaps a Red Hulk reveal - if the theory is indeed accurate - will be unveiled at San Diego Comic-Con next month. But for now, the world will have to continue speculating if the Marvel Cinematic Universe is getting closer to tackling Ross as the Red Hulk.
