This is the school's second international campus.
This year, the school is opening a campus in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Eric Darr, president of Harrisburg University said the school hopes to attract students not just in the UAE but from other nearby countries as well. “It’s a slow go in Panama,” he said. “One of the lessons learned in Panama is there’s not a higher education infrastructure.” Harrisburg University has campuses in Harrisburg, Philadelphia, Panama and Dubai. The school has more than 7,000 students.
