is suing the estate of her late husband, whom she allegedly killed – claiming she deserves money and physical assets outlined in their prenuptial agreement.
The prenup, which the couple signed June 15, 2013, outlined several financial agreements for their marriage. The prenup states that in the event of Eric’s death, Kouri would receive his partnership interest in C&E Stone Masonry – but prior to his death, he reportedly assigned his ownership of the business to the Eric Richins Living Trust, according to ABC4.
Included in the trust were the following assets: $10 in cash, the couple’s home, C&E Stone Masonry, Eric’s interest in Fox Lake Investments and all of his tangible personal property, according to ABC4. The filing also claims that Eric’s will required that all of his estate be given to the trust and administered under the terms of the trust.
