DC vs Vampires has unleashed Green Arrow's full potential, as a team-up with Swamp Thing turns him into a vampire-killing machine whose arsenal of Elemental-spawned arrows makes the MCU's Hawkeye look like an amateur.

This post contains SPOILERS for DC vs Vampires #11The major drawback for any archer superhero such as DC's Green Arrow or Marvel's Hawkeye is that they're only as effective as the size of their quiver and the types of arrows they have on hand. In the MCU, Clint Barton had a rather impressive quiver that added specialized arrowheads on the fly.
SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY As seen in previous issues of DC vs Vampires, Earth's surviving heroes have split up to take on different missions to try and restore the world from vampirekind. While Batgirl leads a strike team into Gotham to kill Nightwing's Vampire King, another team has been helping Supergirl break through the vampires' artificial cloud cover to restore Kara Zor-El's powers powered by the sun.
Green Arrow's Team-Up With Swamp Thing Solves His Biggest Weakness While this issue serves as the exciting set-up for the Smallville battle that's yet to come, Green Arrow preparing to fight alongside Swamp Thing is very cool. Likewise, their new synergy of abilities is incredibly dynamic, though it certainly seems to benefit Oliver Queen the most. Thanks to Swamp Thing, Green Arrow doesn't need to worry about running out of arrows and should have an ample supply .
At any rate, this penultimate issue of DC vs Vampires does an excellent job of setting the stage for the final chapter. Not only is Batgirl about to face Nightwing, but Supergirl is moments away from regaining her powers. Likewise, the imminent team-up featuring Grifter, Swamp Thing, and Green Arrow is bound to be full of action, especially considering they'll have to face a vampiric Hawkman.
