Golfstrommen, the sustainable seafood restaurant inside Post Market food hall downtown, is beginning a new guest chef pop-up series this week that will feature a variety of Asian flavors.

The chef takeover series is part of new dining programming at Golfstrommen that includes $2 happy hour oysters and half-off select wines on Industry Night Monday; omakase sushi on Tuesday; guest chef nights on Wednesday; seven-course tasting menus Thursday through Saturday; and Sunday brunch featuring shellfish platters, crab and champagne.
