A German citizen was arrested after allegedly traveling to New Jersey intending to have sex with children, officials said. Christian Stefan Walther, 38, from Erfurt, Germany, is charged with one count of travel with intent to engage in illicit sexual conduct, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey.
