The George Soros-backed takeover of 18 Hispanic radio stations is inevitably going to be a failure and will only censor conservative voices, according to two former hosts who resigned their positions.

Latino Media Network, a Soros-funded news company, bought the Spanish-language radio stations in June from TelevisaUnivision for an estimated $60 million. The Federal Communications Commission approved the deal in November — launching a progressive network of radio stations that has stirred up controversy among Hispanic communities who have remained anti-Communist after witnessing the fatal movement in Fidel Castro's Cuba.

Lakestar Finance is headquartered at Soros Fund Management's New York City address, according to corporate records reviewed by the Washington Examiner. "They want to silence and censor Hispanic conservative voices," she said."They have a way of telling Democrats are the party of minorities and the party of the poor. They treat Hispanics like victims. I wouldn’t take a penny from them. My dignity is not for sale."
