Stray Kite Studios is growing its headquarters with a move to Plano.
“Our new space in Plano will be significantly larger than our previous,” Stray Kite Studios’ Kyle Stephenson said in an email. “The new one will be about 8,000 square feet, where the old one was roughly 1,500 square feet.”
Dallas’ O’Brien Architects is designing the office, according to planning documents filed with the state. The building located near the southwest corner of Highway 121 and Preston Road is owned by Lincoln Property Co. Lincoln’s Michael A. Peinado and Tom Kuhlmann leased the property. The office was built in 2019 and includes outdoor tenant space and proximity to nearby restaurants and retail.
