The new racing variant will be powered by a Coyote V8 and feature a track-oriented chassis setup car auto cars
. Unlike the Dark Horse S which targets the “weekend track day enthusiast”, the Dark Horse R will be homologated for racing use.
The R will inherit a revised aerodynamics package with a prominent splitter at the front and an adjustable wing at the back producing more downforce. The quad-pipe exhaust will definitely be louder as it doesn’t have to comply with production car noise and emission regulations.
. The chassis setup will be altered for the track with stiffer and lowered suspension featuring Multimatic DSSV dampers, alongside stronger brakes.
