By now you’ve probably seen the video of the flying burrito bowl thrown by a customer last week at Parma’s Chipotle Mexican Grill.
Parma Police Lt. Daniel Ciryak said the incident involving Snow Road resident Rosemary Hayne, 39, began when she wasn’t happy with her food.
“Dispatch advised a Hispanic female threw food at one of the employees before exiting the store and leaving in an older red sedan.”Upon responding to Chipotle, officers were immediately met by customers standing in line stating, “You have a room full of witnesses here.” “At this point, the manager told the woman she would not make her food again. She was going to provide Rosemary with her general manager’s contact information. Rosemary then threw her full-size bowl of food at the right side of her face. At this point, Emily stated a number of customers began to yell at Rosemary to leave.”
