The crash happened outside a 3m plant in Little Rock, a couple of miles south of the Little Rock airport, as a line of thunderstorms moved through the Little Rock area that the National Weather Service said included winds gusting up to 40 miles per hour, It’s unclear at this time what caused the crash. The Federal Aviation Administration and the National Transportation Safety Board are investigating the crash.
